Coronato’s next door neighbor Craftboro Brewing Depot has collaborated with Chef Teddy Diggs to create a one-of-a-kind brew that pairs perfectly with Coronato’s Roman-inspired pizza menu. Tessera Golden Ale will be Coronato’s only beer offered on tap and can only be found at Coronato.

Il Palio at the Siena Hotel has announced today that Annabel Butler will be starting as their new Restaurant Manager. Moving from Durham to Chapel Hill, Butler is looking forward to combining her experience in the beverage industry with the delicious cuisine of Executive Chef Adam Rose.
Carolina Brewery, the Oldest Brewery in the Triangle, Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary with Renovations, an Updated Menu, and a New Beer
Carolina Brewery, the oldest brewery in the Triangle, turns 25 years old on February 9, 2020. To commemorate the event, Carolina Brewery in Pittsboro is hosting two events.
Raleigh Rolls Collaborates with Chef Teddy Diggs to Create Coronato Tiramisu Rolls
In January 2020, Raleigh Rolls launched their new "Chef Series," where the ice cream company collaborates with Triangle area chefs and artisan food makers to launch monthly ice cream specials. In February, Raleigh Rolls will collaborate with Chef-Owner Teddy Diggs of Coronato Pizza to turn his signature Coronato Tiramisu into a Raleigh Rolls creation.

Chef Tom Cuomo Announces Reinvented Space and Menu for Papa Shogun
Chef Tom Cuomo is excited to announce a reimagined atmosphere and tasting menu at Papa Shogun, his unique restaurant concept featuring classic Italian dishes that incorporate traditional Japanese ingredients and techniques. Chef Cuomo's newly invented space and menu will reopen to the public on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019. The first week will be devoted to dinner hours only, with regular lunch and dinner hours returning after the first week. Papa Shogun is located in Seaboard Station at 111 Seaboard Ave. #118, Raleigh, NC 27604. Chef Cuomo's new Italian-Japanese tasting menu concept will be the first of its kind on the East Coast.
Chef Nunzio Scordo Announces Next Plans After Sale of Bodega Tapas, Wine and Rum
Chef Nunzio Scordo announces his next steps in the culinary industry following the sale of his restaurant, Bodega Tapas, Wine and Rum. Last week, it was announced that Chefs Serge Falcoz-Vigne and Horacio Rodriguez would be taking over ownership of the downtown Wake Forest restaurant. In addition, in the last few weeks, Chef Scordo sold half of his ownership of Driftwood Kitchen & Bar to his two long-time managers who are now his partners. After these changes, Chef Scordo is eager to begin a new journey, including his passion for baking.
Bodega Tapas, Wine and Rum Announces New Ownership
Chefs Serge Falcoz-Vigne and Horacio Rodriguez, both formally of the award-winning Saint Jacques French Cuisine restaurant in Raleigh, will be taking on ownership of Bodega, Tapas, Wine, and Rum beginning today, December 4, 2019. Former owner and chef of the Wake Forest restaurant, Nunzio Scordo, says that Falcoz-Vigne and Rodriguez are the perfect candidates to take on his vision of Bodega and make it their own. Bodega Tapas, Wine and Rum is located in downtown Wake Forest at 110 South White Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
