Chef Teddy Diggs Collaborates with Craftboro to Bring Tessera Golden Ale to Coronato

unnamed.png

Coronato’s next door neighbor Craftboro Brewing Depot has collaborated with Chef Teddy Diggs to create a one-of-a-kind brew that pairs perfectly with Coronato’s Roman-inspired pizza menu. Tessera Golden Ale will be Coronato’s only beer offered on tap and can only be found at Coronato.

Tessera—named after the Italian word for the sqaure tiles placed together to create ancient Roman mosaics—is made of fresh cereal grains like wheat and barley that are combined with noble hops and Coronato’s special blend of old world exotic spices. The beer is bright, crisp and light in body at 4.9% ABV, with a lasting head that finishes with hints of Rome in every sip. Think of this refreshing golden ale as a piece of the mosaic that completes a delicious Coronato meal!

The first keg of Tesera Golden Ale is now available at Coronato. Saluti!
