Located at 4100 Main at North Hills St. in Raleigh, 41Hundred is the new concept inside of the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel. Under the guidance of Chef Kevin, the restaurant and lounge offers simply sophisticated, international cuisine featuring shareable plates like oxtail poutine and Korean BBQ wings, as well as an innovative beverage program offering items like popsicle cocktails.
Andia's Homemade Ice Cream Raises Funds for Polka Dot Mama Melanoma Foundation
Andia's Homemade Ice Cream recently hosted a "Community Celebration Day" on May 20, 2018. This special day was owners Andia and George Xouris' way of thanking their patrons for their unwavering support since the shop's opening in July 2017. In just three short hours, the event successfully raised more than $450 for the non-profit partner, the Polka Dot Mama Melanoma Foundation.

Sassool Hosts a Food Blogger “Grocery Challenge” in Honor of Grocery and Retail Expansion
To celebrate Sassool Mediterranean Cafe's new grocery and retail section at their Cary location, owner Mounir Saleh invited nine Triangle food bloggers to participate in a “Grocery Challenge.” The decision was tough and after much deliberation, Kate Kelly of Life of a Ginger was deemed the winner. Her recipe for Pomegranate Chicken with Halloumi Cheese, Tomatoes, and Peppers will be featured during the month of January 2018 at both Sassool Cary and Raleigh locations.
