Coronato Announces Upcoming Pop-Up at Botanist and Barrel
The "Pizza King" is back at it again! Chef-owner Teddy Diggs of Coronato plans to host a final pop-up event before the grand opening of his new Roman-style pizzeria this summer. The final pop-up is slated for Friday, July 12th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Botanist and Barrel in Cedar Grove, N.C.

New Restaurant “STIR” Prepares to Open in North Hills Shopping Center in June 2019
STIR, opening in North Hills this June, sets focus on the inventive, the artisan and the local. Partly known for their artisanal ice that has been hand-cut to complement each one of their imaginative craft cocktails, STIR is bringing a new feel to Raleigh’s cocktail and dining scene. STIR centers itself on fresh ingredients, creatively using what’s in season. STIR will collaborate with farmers and bakers within a 100 mile radius of Raleigh to support a made-from-scratch cocktail and food menu. The restaurant will be located across from the AC Hotel North Hills at 4242 Six Forks Road Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27609.

Chef Teddy Diggs is excited to reveal the permanent location of Coronato, his new Roman-style pizzeria concept slated to open in spring 2019. Diggs' new restaurant will be a new build in the South Green shopping center and located at 501 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro, NC 27517. He will continue to host pizza pop-ups for the public until the grand opening of Coronato. His Roman pizzeria is the first of its kind in the South.
