Whiskey Kitchen is hosting Supper Club No. 7 on Tuesday, March 19th from 7pm to 10pm. Off-the-menu offerings full of whiskey and pork will be presented head to tail with seven paired courses of each. Guests are invited to join Whiskey Kitchen for this special dinner in downtown Raleigh, NC at 201 West Martin Street.

For the 7th edition of Supper Club, the chefs and bar masters at Whiskey Kitchen have curated a locally sourced seven course menu, that explores the techniques of complete utilization of First Hand Foods whole hog paired with a deconstructed approach to grains and spirits.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy beverages that include a bright, spring-like cocktail created using North Carolina spirits from both Oak & Grist Distilling Co. and Outer Banks Distilling, and culinary offerings like a Grilled Beet Ravioli with Pork Shank Ragu.

With limited seating available, tickets are $90 and can be purchased online at https://www.whiskey.kitchen/store/event/supper-club-no7/.

What is Supper Club?
Supper Club at Whiskey Kitchen is an opportunity for the culinary and bar team to be creative and provide a unique private dining experience to the guests comprised of completely off-the-regular-menu offerings.
