The Butcher's Market in Holly Springs Opens to the Public

New year, new store! The Butcher's Market, a family-owned specialty grocer by father-son team Craig and Derek Wilkins, opened to the public on Saturday, January 5, 2019. The new location is the third store for the family, and is located at 4200 Lassiter Rd., Holly Springs, NC 27540.

The Butcher's Market is the Triangle area's full service butcher shop and specialty grocer providing guests with premium meats, local products and excellent hospitality. The new Holly Springs location will be open daily from 9am to 7pm. Customers can expect to find favorite items like hand-cut steaks, prime cuts, house-made bacon, legendary marinated steak tips, a line of in-house "Dinner Done Easy" items prepared by chef Charles, "Got to be NC" products from local businesses, and more.

To celebrate the opening of the new location, a ribbon cutting ceremony took place on January 5, 2019, and Mayor Dick Sears of the Town of Holly Springs was delighted to be the first customer.

"We are thrilled to kick off 2019 with a new store, and the support from the Town of Holly Springs has just been incredible. How the community of Holly Springs has welcomed us is just amazing! We thank all of the customers who have already shopped with us since our doors opened, and look forward to seeing new faces soon," states Derek Wilkins, owner of the Butcher's Market.
