Triangle Beer Co. Announces SALT. in McGregor Village, Cary

Brent Webb, owner of Triangle Beer Co., announce the acquisition of Tony’s Tap & Oysters, in McGregor Village Shopping Center, Cary. The newest addition to the Cary family of Cotton House and Triangle Beer Co. will be called SALT., which is expected to open by the end of April.

SALT. will offer new Triangle Beer Co. beer, a large wine selection, including 8 wines on tap, and a larger kitchen area for locally sourced seafood and steaks, as well as a variety of specialty oysters and dishes.

SALT. will have seating for around 125 guests and will include an elevated interior and dining experience led by Executive Chef Kyle Fletcher. SALT. is looking forward to reigniting the rich history of this Cary venue and bringing a new premier steak and seafood offering to the Triangle.

The venue is Cary’s top location for dancing on the weekends and Webb plans to keep the tradition alive by turning the dining room into a dance floor with live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
