Shamrock n’ roll this year with Carolina Brewery’s Shamrock Ale! In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Carolina Brewery’s Sky Blue is going green! This light and crisp German-Style Kolsch beer is the perfect way to celebrate the best drinking holiday of the year! Shamrock Ale will only be served on St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, Mar. 17 at Carolina Brewery’s Brew Pubs in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro.

Carolina Brewery has also prepared a special menu (available for download via Google Drive) for the holiday! From Mar. 14 through Mar. 20, stop by Carolina Brewery’s Brew Pubs to enjoy Reuben Rolls, Reuben sandwiches, and Corned Beef and Cabbage all of which pair perfectly with their flagship beers.

Let the shenanigans begin! Earn your luck this year with Goku from Tonbo. This green drink is crafted with Espolon Tequila, Midori, St. Germain, Peach Schnapps and Sour Mix. You’re in luck, this drink is also available in a slushie!
