Meet our August Friend of Tabletop, Ramy, from Raleigh Rolls and Big League Waffles!

Sometimes the stars align… like when it’s National Ice Cream Month and Raleigh Rolls is preparing to return to Morgan Street Food Hall!

In January 2020, Raleigh Rolls launched their new "Chef Series," where the ice cream company collaborates with Triangle area chefs and artisan food makers to launch monthly ice cream specials. In February, Raleigh Rolls will collaborate with Chef-Owner Teddy Diggs of Coronato Pizza to turn his signature Coronato Tiramisu into a Raleigh Rolls creation.

To kick the year off, Raleigh Rolls and Sassool Select - both located in the Morgan Street Food Hall - have perfected a recipe for specialty Baklava Ice Cream Rolls. Give it a try this January!
