Recipe: Tonbo's Dragonfly

When we’re craving a refreshing cocktail that’s as delicious as it is beautiful, our thoughts always lead to Tonbo’s Dragonfly. You could say that this cocktail is Tonbo’s namesake as its logo is also a dragonfly. Beautiful pinkish-red in color poured chilled and served over crushed ice, it’s exactly what you need this spring & summer. We suggest pairing it with their Warm Cauliflower Salad or Spicy Miso Wings. Tonbo is located in downtown Raleigh and open Monday-Thursday, 4PM-9PM, Friday, 4PM-10PM, Saturday, 11:30PM-10:30PM, and Sunday, 12PM-9PM.
