Kristen - Founder

“One of my all time favorite bites of ice cream was a Raleigh Rolls and Coronato Pizza collaboration over a year ago. Chef Teddy from Coronato worked with Ramy from Raleigh Rolls to design Tiramisu Rolls. I really enjoyed the creamy base that included Teddy's "coffee soil" – an espresso crumble made in-house at Coronato – and mascarpone zabaione. The rolls were topped with whipped cream, Amarena cherries and gold sprinkles! Fingers crossed they bring it back sometime soon.“

“My favorite ice cream is the Wolf Tracks from Howling Cow!! I used to go and get some at least once a week when I was in college :) Definitely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had!“
