Carolina Brewery Announces New Spring Beer, Paddle Daze
Award-winning Carolina Brewery is excited to announce the launch of their new seasonal beer, Paddle Daze Hazy IPA. This exceptionally crafted beer will be available March 23, 2023 at both Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Brewery Restaurants and is expected to run through June. Paddle Daze is available on draft and in cans at key retailers throughout the Carolinas until June.
While its packaging aligns with other Carolina Brewery brands, it includes a bright new look. Carolina Brewery creates their seasonal packaging to tell a story and chose purple to align with spring. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas float above this smooth bodied, hazy, golden IPA. Paddle Daze has an ABV of 6.6% and an IBU of 37 with Chinook, Citra, Cryo Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops. Paddle Daze Hazy IPA Tapping Party
Carolina Brewery will be hosting a Paddle Daze Hazy IPA Tapping Party on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. at both their Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Brewery Restaurants. Both locations will serve free samples of Paddle Daze. There will be live music by The Radio, along with Carolina Brewery’s March menu specials, at their Pittsboro Brewery Restaurant only.
