Big news! We are thrilled to announce that Matthew Register of Southern Smoke BBQ in Garland, North Carolina will be on the Today Show with Al Roker this Friday, September 30th at 9:40am. Bring your signs and be on the show at Wide Open Bluegrass 2016 in downtown Raleigh, or tune in live on WRAL TV or NBC.

Matthew will be making his delicious North Carolina Pork Belly and Sweet Potato Commission Hash using local ingredients from Heritage Farms Cheshire Pork in Seven Springs, NC and Burch Farms in Faison, NC.
