The Tabletop Team's Thanksgiving Favorites

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day and our team couldn’t be more thankful! We have a great team, wonderful clients, and so much to look forward to this holiday season and 2022. To get everyone even more excited for the holiday tomorrow we thought we’d share some of our favorite things about this fun and delicious holiday.

Kristen - Founder

“My new favorite Thanskgiving tradition is going to St. Pete, Florida with my husband Zayne. I started joining him for Thanksgiving in 2016. His family does an outdoor potluck, and it's always 70 degrees and sunny! I really enjoy the fellowship with everyone and seeing family members each year.“

Joe - Business Developer

“One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is the leftovers. Maybe the food tastes better after a day or two in the refrigerator or maybe it's because all the cooking & cleaning work is done except for the reheating. Either way, I start thinking about it as soon as Thanksgiving dinner is over. A particular favorite is leftover dressing (or stuffing) with a fried egg on top for breakfast the Saturday or Sunday after. Add a Bloody Mary & don't plan on doing anything else all day!“

Carolina - Photographer

“Zach and I used to buy food to feed the homeless; we'd go to downtown Raleigh and hand food to those who needed it. It has been hard to keep this tradition due to Covid, but we are hopeful that next year we can bring it back.“

Chana - Web Developer

“I have hosted thanksgiving at my house for the last 20 years! We always have a tradition of unpacking the set of china that was handed down to us years ago from my husband’s mothers side of the family to use for our holiday dinner. It’s definitely a tradition here!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!“

Lewis - Social Media Manager

“One of my Thanksgiving favorites is homemade cranberry sauce! My mother-in-law and husband both love to make it. They add plenty of orange zest, so I love how festive the kitchen smells when it's bubbling on the stove.“

Danielle - Social Media Manager

“I love baking pies from scratch especially a caramel apple crisp. I made this one last year for the family.“

Quinn - Marketing Account Manager

“My favorite thing about Thanksgiving would have to be a tie between eating all of my Mother-In-Law’s delicious food and my Mom’s Mini Pecan Tarts. Either way, I am always full and happy, surrounded by loving family.“
