Chef Tom Cuomo is excited to announce a reimagined atmosphere and tasting menu at Papa Shogun, his unique restaurant concept featuring classic Italian dishes that incorporate traditional Japanese ingredients and techniques. Chef Cuomo's newly invented space and menu will reopen to the public on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019. The first week will be devoted to dinner hours only, with regular lunch and dinner hours returning after the first week.
