Chefs Serge Falcoz-Vigne and Horacio Rodriguez, both formally of the award-winning Saint Jacques French Cuisine restaurant in Raleigh, will be taking on ownership of Bodega, Tapas, Wine, and Rum beginning today, December 4, 2019. Former owner and chef of the Wake Forest restaurant, Nunzio Scordo, says that Falcoz-Vigne and Rodriguez are the perfect candidates to take on his vision of Bodega and make it their own.
