A sweet graham cracker crust is topped with Asali's smooth and creamy delicious gingerbread spiced cheesecake. For the finishing touch, they add holiday sprinkles and the cutest mini gingerbread cookies!
Asali's Christmas Yule Log is available in Pistachio Raspberry Orange Blossom Bavarian and Earl Grey Date, and must be pre-ordered by calling the cafe at 919-362-7882. A delicate pistachio sponge cake is rolled with an orange blossom Bavarian cream and sprinkled with raspberry and pistachio bits. It's then coated in a dark chocolate ganache and decorated with dark chocolate bark studded with more pistachio and raspberry pieces, and topped with a splash of edible gold. A light and airy earl gray-infused sponge cake is rolled with a layer of fig jam and covered in a whipped honey mascarpone icing, then adorned with colorful buttercream florals.

VIP tables are available which include a reserved table and admission for up to four guests, a dedicated server, and a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne served table side! Be sure to also try their new seasonal sip, Devil May Chai. This tiki-inspired drink is a must-have this time of year and is crafted with spiced rum, masala chai, coconut milk, allspice honey, lime juice, triple sec, and bitters, then garnished with a pineapple frond and a cherry.

Holiday themed beer and locally-made gift ideas.
Cold beer and Christmas cheer! Carolina Brewery will be serving their holiday beer, Santa’s Secret, for a limited time. This festive Belgian Strong Ale has an ABV of 8.5% and an IBU of 30, and has been tapped at both Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Brewery Restaurants. Dark crystal malts are paired with fruity hops to render a crisp and warming ale that is the perfect addition to all joyous celebrations. Gather around one of their fire pits with Santa's Secret on draft, a perfect blend of complex and bright flavors, to get in the spirit of the season. Carolina Brewery is also excited to host diners for a special Black Friday Brunch.

Holiday Open House.
Merry moments happen at Village District! Venture to their Christmas Village for a very merry Holiday Open House on Thursday, November 30th from 6-8pm. Take professional photos with Santa and grab complimentary hot cocoa. Visit their giving corner, while kids enjoy a Santa letter making station. There will be live seasonal tunes from musicians, chalk artists, and a Weston Farms Pop-Up. Village District invites attendees to enjoy roaming holiday carolers while shopping! This is a free event.
