“Totally in Love” with Asali Desserts & Cafe

Your better-half deserves an upgrade from the regular box of chocolates this year! Asali Desserts & Cafe will be offering their “Totally in Love” Tote Mini and Tote Deluxe this Valentine’s Day. Make your loved one feel extra special this year with a custom Asali cake and a fresh local floral bouquet. “Totally in Love” Tote Mini is a red velvet cake cup with Swiss buttercream sold at $30. “Totally in Love” Tote Deluxe is a vanilla or chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and Swiss buttercream sold at $80.

Asali is also offering luxurious and stunning specials in their dessert case, such as their Chocolate Hazelnut Tart and Red Velvet heart-shaped Cake Pops.

Heart Shaped Pizzette and Valentine’s Day Specials with Sassool

Sassool Mediterranean Cafe has a piece of our hearts this Valentine’s Day! Sassool will be serving Heart Shaped Pizzettes that can be enjoyed with your significant other, friends or family from February 10, 2023, through February 14, 2023.

They will also be offering Spanakopita and Salmon Fillet over Rice, served with two sides of the customer’s choice, on Friday, February 10, 2023, through Saturday, February 11, 2023. On Sunday, February 12, 2023, through Tuesday, February 14, 2023, Sassool will be offering Salmon and Broccoli and Lamb and Rice. Both meals are served with two sides of the customer’s choice. Join Sassool at either their Raleigh or Cary location for dine-in or takeout to enjoy these Valentine’s Day specials.

Sassool’s Valentine's Day fun doesn't stop there! For the entire month of February, Sassool’s Sweetheart Salad will be available. This beautiful and delicious side dish pairs perfectly with all of your Sassool favorites.

Cafe Root Cellar’s Special Valentine's Day Dinner and Recipe

Food is the key to the heart, especially when it’s straight from Chef Sera’s kitchen! Cafe Root Cellar is offering a lovely take home Valentine's Day Dinner for two this year. All orders are due by February 9, 2023, at 2:00p.m. Pickup is on February 14, 2023, from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. at Cafe Root Cellar in Pittsboro.

Chef Sera’s first course is a winter green salad with pickled cherries, chevre, candied pecans, shaved chocolate and cocoa vinaigrette. For the second course, choose between duck confit over red wine braised lentils with a cherry demi-glace and roasted asparagus or vegetarian lion's mane mushroom "crab cakes" with a pickled mustard aioli over butter-basted fingerling potatoes, carrots, asparagus, and shallots. Lastly, the third course will be chocolate caramel tarts with honeycomb candy, buttermilk whipped cream and burnt honey caramel drizzle.

Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill Toffee Stout

Need a perfect, delectable stout for Valentine's Day toasts? Oldest Brewery in the Triangle, Carolina Brewery will release their popular winter beer, Chapel Hill Toffee Stout, at both their Chapel Hill and Pittsboro Brewery Restaurants on February 9, 2023. This special beer celebrates Carolina Brewery’s 28th year in business and salutes the brewery’s ongoing partnership with Chapel Hill Toffee. A portion of proceeds from Chapel Hill Toffee Stout will support Dina’s Dynasty Ovarian Cancer Fund.

Don’t forget to join Carolina Brewery for their 28th anniversary celebration! This four day event will take place February 6, 2023, through February 9, 2023, at their Chapel Hill Brewery Restaurant. Each day of the anniversary celebration, a new beer brewed on Carolina Brewery’s new brewing system in Chapel Hill will be tapped.

Big League Waffles will be serving their ‘Banana Split Over Waffles’ special on February 11, 2023, through February 19, 2023. Fall in love this year at Morgan Street Food Hall with a plate full of their homemade liège waffles topped with a banana, a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream, chocolate drizzle, cherries and sprinkles. 

Raleigh Rolls Red Velvet Cake Rolls in Collaboration with Bitten Bakery

The collaboration between Raleigh Rolls and Bitten Bakery will have you falling in love this Valentine’s Day! Red Velvet Cake Rolls will be available at Raleigh Rolls in Morgan Street Food Hall until supplies last! They’re made with Bitten Bakery's red velvet cake mixed into ice cream rolls topped with whipped cream and heart shaped red velvet cake.
