‘Tis the season! From gingerbread house decorating to festive holiday cocktails and specials, our clients are gearing up for the most wonderful time of the year. Read below for the full list of holiday cheer for the 2022 season!

The holidays are what you ‘bake’ of them… and Asali is doing just that. Introducing their Gingerbread Cheesecake!
A sweet graham cracker crust is topped with their smooth and creamy delicious gingerbread spiced cheesecake. For the finishing touch, Asali adds some holiday sprinkles and the cutest mini gingerbread cookies!
Asali will also be serving other festive specials including, Orange Mocha Latte, Gingerbread Latte, Peppermint Latte, Christmas Town Tart, Eggnog Tangerine Mousse, plus Eggnog and Peppermint Macarons. Don’t forget to place any custom orders for cakes, pies, or cookies by December 19, 2022.

Holiday themed beer and locally-owned gift ideas.
Cold beer and Christmas cheer! Carolina Brewery will be serving their holiday beer, Santa’s Secret, for a limited time. This festive Belgian Strong Ale has an ABV of 8.5% and an IBU of 30 and has been tapped at both Carolina Brewery’s Chapel Hill and Pittsboro brewery restaurants. Dark crystal malts are paired with fruity hops to render a crisp and warming ale that is the perfect addition to all joyous celebrations. A perfect blend of complex and bright flavors to celebrate the holidays. Gather around one of their fire pits with a glass of Santa's Secret to get in the spirit of the season.

Cookies with Santa, gift ideas and Don Julio Dinner.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at STIR! They will be hosting Cookies with Santa every Tuesday and Thursday in December (up until Dec. 20th) from 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. Milk and cookies are served with each kid's meal! Reservations are recommended and can be made on STIR’s website. After greeting Mr. Claus, don’t forget to purchase a gift card of $50 or more to receive a 20% off bonus gift card.
STIR is also collaborating with Don Julio to host an exclusive six-course dinner on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 6:30p.m. Don Julio is known for their high quality and large range of premium tequila. Andres Grimaldo, National Don Julio Brand Ambassador, will share his passion and knowledge of Don Julio during this exclusive collaboration. Tickets are priced at $125 per person and available for purchase on STIR’s website.

Kanki’s Snowball Cocktail has returned by popular demand! This creamy and fruity cocktail features Malibu rum, cream of coconut, Pearl Nigori Sake and pineapple juice, and is the perfect pairing for your hibachi or sushi dinner. A big bowl of ramen noodles served in Tonbo’s warm and flavorful broth is the ultimate comfort food as the cold weather approaches. Tonbo’s new Duck Ramen is a delicious combination of duck breast confit, grilled bok choy, sautéed shiitake mushrooms, roasted sweetpotatoes, a soy marinated soft egg, scallions, and nori.

Sassool’s Chicken Shawarma Nachos are back to end the 2022 season with a bang! This December special is crafted with chicken shawarma, black bean salad, jalapeno cilantro hummus, lebanese pickles, and tahini.
If you're hosting a holiday party this year, be sure to add these delicious nachos, along with their large assortment of other menu items, to your catering order! Information on Sassool catering can be found on their website.

Christmas Eve 3-course dinner, holiday cocktail menu, and New Year’s Eve 4-course dinner.
Il Palio will be serving a 3-course Christmas Eve Dinner, starting at $89 per person. The restaurant will be closed on Christmas Day. They are also taking orders for Panettone Cake throughout the month. To place an order for the Panettone Cake, call (919) 918-2545. For New Year’s Eve, Il Palio will be serving a special 4-course New Year’s Eve Dinner, starting at $98 per person.
Reservations for both dinners will be available soon and can be made on Il Palio’s website. Space is limited.
Il Palio will also be featuring three delicious holiday cocktails including, Ginger Orange Winter Aperol Spritz, Averna Old Fashioned, and Maple Clove Hot Toddy.
