STIR Announces Exclusive Patron Dinner
STIR is collaborating with Patron to create an exclusive four-course dinner on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at 6:30p.m. Patron is known world-wide for their premium tequila. Patron Ambassador, Erica Marcella, will be present as a guest speaker to share her knowledge of the culture and rich history of Patron during this exclusive dinner. STIR is located at 4242 Six Forks Road Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27609.
This special dinner will feature five varieties of Patron meticulously paired with chef-curated dishes. The menu is as follows:
Amuse Bouche | Oyster with Creme Fraiche and Caviar
Paired with Patron Silver Welcome Cocktail
First Course | Pan Seared Duck
Paired with Patron Reposado Tequila
Second Course | Roasted Beet Salad
Paired with Patron Anejo Tequila
Third Course | Braised Short Ribs
Paired with Patron Extra Anejo Tequila
Fourth Course | Chocolate Mousse Martini
Paired with Patron El Cielo Tequila

Tickets are priced at $115 per person with a $98 early bird special and are available for purchase on STIR’s website. Tickets are limited and will sell fast.

STIR is not only focused on partnering with local charitable organizations but is also heavily focused on giving back to their team members. SquareUp, the charitable organization created by STIR’s hospitality ownership company, assists employees who require financial support during times of economic hardship through the HOPE (Helping Our People in Emergencies) Fund. Donations range between $500 and $1,000 to help employees facing natural disasters, illness, injury or other emergencies.

About Erica Marcello
Erica Marcello began her career in spirits in 2016 after graduating from FIU. She developed a passion for the Liquor Industry and in 2019 was promoted to Market Manager of Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee where she spearheaded the Patron Multi-Cultural program. Most recently, Erica has assumed a new role as the Regional Multicultural Manager in Charlotte, NC. When she’s not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, discovering local farmers markets and spending time with her dog, Nigel.
