Welcome, fans!

Have you heard about the new Liège in our City of Oaks? If not, make your way to Big League Waffles & Scoops located at Morgan Street Food Hall in Raleigh!

They serve ridiculously delicious, made-from-scratch Liège Belgian waffles topped with homemade ice cream from Homeland Creamery. We promise, one bite will have your taste buds bursting like fireworks on the 4th of July!

Forget your basic waffle with syrup, aren’t you curious to know what a Liège waffle is? Well, we’re here to tell you!

A Liège waffle is not your ordinary American waffle, it’s made with a brioche-like dough with pearl sugar mixed in and originates from Belgium. The pearls of sugar hold their shape and caramelize the waffle as it cooks, creating sweet and crystalized bites of sugar and golden brown crispy edges!

If that tasty description doesn't have you drooling on your phone screen, Big League Waffles & Scoops also offers a variety of homemade ice creams including flavors like cookies ’n’ cream, blueberry danish, butter pecan, coffee, lemon crunch, chocolate Reese’s, and vanilla. The “pitcher” perfect way to top off a warm waffle.

And don't strike out on the creative baseball theme menu. Step up to the home plate and order the following:

1st Base - choose one flavor of ice cream

2nd Base - choose two flavors of ice cream

3rd Base - choose three flavors of ice cream

If 3rd base isn’t enough, order a Homerun: one Liège waffle with a scoop of ice cream, topped with fresh fruit, and a drizzle of your choice, or skip the waffle and sip on a homemade milkshake!

Visit Big League Waffles & Scoops and become their biggest fan!
