Kanki Snowball Cocktail

Kanki's creamy and fruity Snowball Cocktail features:

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Malibu rum

  • 1 oz cream of coconut

  • 1 oz Pearl Nigori Sake

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Directions:

  1. Shaken together

  2. Serve over ice

Sassool’s Pumpkin Salad

Perfect for the holidays and winter weather with just the right amount of crunch, Sassool's Pumpkin Salad is crafted with:

Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh pumpkin (cubed)

  • 4 cups kale, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sliced and toasted almonds

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon veg oil (for roasted pumpkin cubes)

Dressing:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cube fresh pumpkin, toss in vegetable oil and roast on 365 for 12 minutes

  2. Allow to cool, then add to the mixing bowl with kale and other ingredients.

  3. Mix dressing and distribute over the salad ingredients evenly.  Toss until everything is coated well.

  4. Taste before plating and serving!

Carolina Brewery’s Sriracha Steak Sauce Meatball Sliders 

Ingredients:

  • 24 Cooked Meatballs

  • 12 buttermilk biscuits 

  • 1 bottle of Carolina Brewery Sriracha Steak Sauce 

  • 1 medium sweet onion sliced 

  • 1 lb bacon

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Dash of worcestershire

  • Shredded Cheddar to top the biscuits

  • Little gherkin pickles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Place frozen meatballs in a large saucepan with sriracha steak sauce, over medium-low heat. Heat with lip covered for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain bacon on paper towels to remove excess grease.

  4. Cook sliced onion in the same skillet until caramelized.

  5. Place the bottom half of the biscuits on a baking pan and place two cooked meatballs on top of each biscuit.

  6. Top with a bacon slice (cut in half) and carmelized onions.

  7. Melt butter in a small bowl and add a dash of worcestershire. Brush melted butter over the tops of the biscuits and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  8. Place sliders in over the melted cheese.

  9. Remove from the oven. Spear with a toothpick and a pickle. Enjoy!
