COCKTAIL RECIPE: STIR's Hemingway Daiquiri

This summer has been HOT. When the weeks are long and the temperatures are roaring, a cold and refreshing cocktail really hits the spot. STIR in Raleigh, NC has been kind enough to share the recipe for one of their crowd favorites: The Hemingway Daiquiri. This rum cocktail is bright, tangy, and goes down smooth. We highly suggest drinking it with crushed ice. The recipe is below! Sit back, sip, and enjoy the summertime!

The Stir Hemingway Daiquiri is their take on the classic favorite that is both light and refreshing for the spring/summer time!

The recipe is as follows:

2 oz Rum of choice (we use Flor de Cana)

0.25 oz. Luxardo Liqueur

0.5 oz. Lime Juice

0.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake all ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass.  Squeeze and drop a lemon wedge, and enjoy!

Of course, what really makes the drink meet pure perfection is the use of STIR’s hand shaved artisanal ice!
