Celebrate National Dessert Month with Tabletop Favorites!

There is nothing quite as sweet as tasty treats from our clients. For National Dessert Month, the Tabletop Team wants to share our favorite desserts for you to try these last couple weeks of October! 🧁🍦🍫🍪🍩

Quinn Bostic - Vice President

“This one was hard! If I had to choose my very favorite dessert from our clients, I would have to pick Howling Cow Ice Cream. I recently got a couple of scoops of Cookie Dough at the NC State Fair and it was absolutely delicious. I also love that it’s student-made on NC State’s campus. Go Pack!”

Lewis Foreman - Social Media Director

“I can’t think of a better place to celebrate National Dessert Month than Asali Desserts Cafe! With two generous layers of rich New York-style cheesecake sandwiched between flaky scratch-made Baklava, owner Hanadi’s Baklava Cheesecake is truly a MUST TRY. Stop by for a slice or place an order for a whole cake. It’s sure to be a hit with family over the holidays!”

Claire Jolley - Social Media Manager

Lou Reda’s is a hidden gem located in Rocky Mount right off of 95. Their entire menu is amazing but their Bread Pudding is something you need to experience for yourself. Their customers rave about this warm and delectable treat, and it isn’t complete without a drizzle of caramel sauce. Be sure to stop by on your next roadtrip because this dessert is definitely worth the drive!”

Brooke Parsons - Public Relations and Social Media Manager

“I recently had a photoshoot at Tonbo Ramen and was able to finally try their Mochi Green Tea Donuts. As you can tell from my smile, the hype is REAL! This delicious dessert includes 5 donut holes fried to perfection and topped with powdered sugar. They are served with Videri chocolate ganache and blackberry apple brandy sauce; which I totally recommend dipping in! Seriously, a love at first bite. I can’t wait to order them again next time I am visiting Downtown Raleigh. Now that I’ve made you hungry, make your reservation here!”

Allie Nelson - Social Media Manager

“I love all things chocolate, so I was definitely drooling over this Pumpkin Brownie a la Mode at our recent photoshoot with Bloomsbury Bistro. It has all the flavors of fall in every bite - a chocolate chip pumpkin brownie and toasted marshmallow ice cream, all covered with bourbon caramel and candied pecans!”

Carolina Stamey - Photographer

“You must try the Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie from Carolina Brewery, it’s to die for! Honestly, everything in their menu is delicious, but this is definitely a great place to start!”

Joe Zonin - Business Developer

“The Maple Bourbon Crème Brulée at Bloomsbury Bistro is an absolute winner!  It has a silky smooth custard hiding under a glaze of caramelized sugar that shatters when you break into it.  The sweet warmth of the maple & bourbon makes it the perfect way to finish up an evening at one of Raleigh’s finest restaurants.”
