Joe Zonin

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Joe has a long history with Food, Beverage and Hospitality businesses. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University with a major in Agricultural Economics and a specialization in sales and marketing. After graduating, he had a brief stay in Seattle and then moved to Raleigh. He is well known in the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina as one of the founding partners of Carolina Brewing Company in Holly Springs. Joe and his two partners started CBC from scratch way back in 1995, before most people in the area had even heard the term "microbrewery". Joe's role at the brewery was to interact with all customers including the owners of small bars, the general managers of multi-million dollar restaurants, and the buyers at all major grocery chains. Joe and his partners sold CBC in early 2021 and he is thrilled to be able to continue his career working with local hospitality businesses.
