Tonbo Ramen Announces “Sake Night”
Tonbo Ramen, a downtown Raleigh culinary gem celebrated for its authentic, scratch-made ramen, is thrilled to announce a special sake tasting and pairing dinner called “Sake Night” on March 20, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests are invited to arrive at Tonbo’s Izakaya Bar by 6:00 p.m. Tonbo Ramen is located at 211 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601.
Attendees will be able to taste five exclusive Takara Sake samples paired with a selection of Tonbo dishes including Cucumber Salad, Shrimp Buns, Ram’n Cheese Bites, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Mochi Donuts with ice cream. The evening will feature Takara Sake Expert, Kevin Pata. He will be present to provide insights, answer questions, and share the unique qualities that make Takara Sake exceptional.
