Raleigh Rolls Collaborates with Kanki Japanese Steakhouse!

Are you looking for a new spin on ice cream? Thai rolled ice cream is the latest craze, and to make it even sweeter, two of our clients have teamed up to create super special rolls for May.

Raleigh Rolls, located in downtown Raleigh created a one-of-a-kind masterpiece with Kanki Japanese Steakhouse! Last week, Chef Alex from Kanki brought over delicious tempura vanilla pound cake and crunchy tempura flakes to Raleigh Rolls. Ramy, the owner of Raleigh Rolls, was inspired by National Strawberry Month and Chef Alex's tempura dessert. Together they launched the Kanki Tempura Ice Cream Rolls! 

These rolls are a must-try experience. Creamy, strawberry ice cream rolls are served with crunchy tempura flakes and topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, powdered sugar, garnished with a piece of the golden tempura vanilla pound cake, and a cherry on top!

One spoonful of this crunchy collaboration takes you to the North Carolina State Fair, enjoying a funnel cake. That sweet, greasy deep-fried taste hits you right in the back of the throat with a hint of refreshing and sweet strawberries, begging for more!
