Coronato Pizza and Sassool Cafe Collaborate to Benefit TABLE Chapel Hill

Coronato Pizza and Sassool Cafe are collaborating for a cause that’s close to home. The two restaurants have created a special Mediterranean style pizza that will benefit TABLE Chapel Hill available from February 16th through February 21st.

TABLE is a nonprofit organization that provides hunger relief and nutrition education services to children in Orange County, North Carolina. Beginning in 2008, TABLE has been able to provide healthy, emergency food aid and education about healthy eating habits to children weekly.

The special pizza features spicy lamb sausage with raw crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fluffy ricotta and fresh mint. It is finished with pecorino and Sassool’s labneh and za’atar.  $1.50 from each pizza will be directly benefiting TABLE.

This delicious pizza is available for dine in (on Coronato’s heated patio) or curbside pick up at Coronato only from February 16th through February 21st.
