A lotus cookie crumb base topped with a creamy matcha mousse and a vanilla bean center.

Lime Basil Tart

Creamy and tangy lime curd with a hint of basil, topped with fresh lime zest.

Pot of Gold

Dark chocolate shell dusted with real, edible 24 karat gold and stuffed with a ganache feuilletine of peanuts, hazelnuts, and creamy halwa (a sesame candy paste).

Mafrooka

Sweet cream filling with a pistachio and toasted, shredded filo outer layer.

Pistachio Cream Tart

White chocolate with pistachios and unsweetened coconut tart, topped with a pistachio and vanilla bean mousse, sprinkles and more pistachios.
