Sassool Mediterranean Cafe Launches New Grocery and Retail Section in Cary

Sassool Mediterranean Cafe is thrilled to announce the launch of their Cary location's new grocery and retail section. Officially opening to the public on Monday, November 27, this new section of Sassool has replaced the former Neighborhood Bottle Shop space in the Shoppes of Kildaire and adds 2,000 square feet to the restaurant. Sassool Cary is located at 1347 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511.

The grocery and retail section features similar options that are available at Sassool's Raleigh location, and the market section features an extensive variety of specialty groceries. The assortment of Mediterranean staples stocked in the market are also used in many of Sassool's recipes that are made in the restaurant. 

“If people like the food in the deli or want to make their favorite menu item at home, many of the essential ingredients may be found in the grocery aisles,” states Mounir Saleh, owner of Sassool.

Expect to find specialty groceries at the Cary location like yogurt and cheeses, a variety of olives, frozen foods, olive oil, tahini, beans, pasta, coffee, tea, cookies and candies. Dried fruits, assorted nuts and seeds, and spices are received in bulk and packaged and sold by the pound in the grocery and retail section. A frozen section will be opening soon.
