Kristen Baughman is the founder of Tabletop Media Group. Native to the Carolinas, she received a degree in Extension Education with a focus in Nutrition from North Carolina State University. She also received a Master of Science degree in Extension Education with a focus in Agricultural Leadership.
Working for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services coordinating events for the Sustainable Local Food Advisory Council and serving as a Food Safety Outreach Coordinator led her to become even more passionate about the food industry. During her time at the NCDA&CS she created a popular 43 Day Local Food Challenge Blog, which led to a food blogging opportunity with the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitor's Bureau.
Her varied career after university led to a social media marketing and public relations opportunity with the Got To Be NC Competition Dining Series. This new role spurred a career shift to focus on media as it relates to the hospitality, food, agriculture and beverage industries.
She later started a popular food blog and consulting company, Gadabout Food. After working in Raleigh, North Carolina for three years, she spent two years in New York City consulting for Shutterstock, Taste Talks, Northside Festival, Swig and other clients. Kristen decided to return to Raleigh, North Carolina in July 2016 to launch Tabletop Media Group.
Adventurous and passionate, Kristen has traveled over 26 countries to explore the different cultures and food options around the world. In her free time, you can find her relaxing outside with her dog Cheerwine or at one of the many Triangle breweries sipping on a North Carolina beer.

Quinn Carlton is a Social Media Manager for Tabletop Media Group. Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Quinn has always loved everything made and related to this wonderful state. If you couldn’t tell by her sweet southern accent, Quinn is a true country girl as she was raised in a town that has one main stoplight and is 30 minutes from any movie theater or major chain grocery store (shout out Beulaville, NC).
After majoring in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing and then proudly graduating from North Carolina State University in 2015, she loved Raleigh too much to move back home to Duplin County. Quinn’s passion is cooking and food – it takes up a big portion of her soul. In March of 2016, Quinn and her sister started their food blog, Soul-Full Sisters, where they share food they love including family recipes passed down from generations. Photographer and Videographer
North Carolina native Zach Stamey has been running around with a camera in his hands since the days of his Hi8 camcorder that he took from his mom to go film movies with his friends. This love of storytelling has only grown through the years as his passion led him to graduate the Living Arts College in 2005. There, he developed his skills with video production and dove deeper into photography. Dedication to his craft has led him all over the United States, traveling to film and photograph for a wide range of clients.
It was through these years of working and networking that the relationship was formed with Tabletop Media Group where he proudly joined the team of other passionate foodies. “Food is Fun!” A phrase often exclaimed by Zach these days as he loves capturing the beauty of food and those masterful artists responsible for the meals.
Whether he’s out on a farm chasing a tractor with a drone or in the kitchen meticulously capturing the perfect shot of a plate of food, Zach is loving every moment of it! He is passionate about every detail of every frame that he captures and he has a strong desire to help others to tell their story through those frames.
When he’s not out capturing amazing moments for clients, Zach enjoys traveling and going on adventures with his beautiful wife and he is the proud father of a daughter who is also a talented artist following her passions as well.

Amanda Meares Morris
I love design. It’s really that simple.
Design isn’t just making something beautiful, though that’s a prerequisite. It’s a mixture of the right business solution, the proper aesthetics, form following function, and stewardship of resources. Of course, if you can do all that with a smile on your face, too, even better. Given that we live in a time where design is, literally, everywhere (and much of it very good), it’s crucial that what we do for our clients stands out. That’s a challenge that just keeps growing. And while the last 15 years have introduced technologies and media outlets we never dreamed of, the need for great design remains the same. This is why I love what I do.
