Fresh from his summer 2017 trip to the Campania region of Italy, Teddy Diggs of Il Palio will share the recipes that he learned from artisans and grandmothers in and around Naples. His menu at Southern Season's Cooking School will honor their traditions by using the best local and Italian ingredients and preparing them in a simple way that focuses on the dynamic history of Campania.
