Charred octopus, heirloom beans, sorghum bbq glaze, collard pistou, chive

Petite grass fed filet, chevre creamed red bliss, Herbie's wilted baby greens, black garlic demi glaze

Sweet potato pana cotta, pie crust crumble, whipped eggnog, sage & honey

The Bistro at Topsail received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2016 and 2015. You'll be in for a treat as each course will be paired with a select wine.
